Jobsite Roll-off Containers for General Contractors
Our construction fleet moves 20-, 30-, and 40-yard roll-offs across the Palm Coast area and Flagler; each container features reinforced steel sidewalls, walk-in rear swing doors, and steel bottom rollers for framers, roofers, and demo crews. We set every bin on driveway boards to protect your site. Ask about our contractor pricing and tonnage rates for recurring commercial project agreements.

20-yard construction roll-off
The 20-yard roll-off measures 20 feet long, 7 feet wide, and stands 4 feet tall with about 2 tons of debris included.
This 20-yard roll-off fits kitchen and bath remodels, single-room demo, and small framing jobs in Palm Coast.

30-yard construction roll-off
The 30-yard roll-off runs 22 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 6 feet tall, with about 4 tons of debris included.
The 30-yard container handles whole-house remodels, additions, and new-build framing while the high walls manage bulky drywall and lumber.

40-yard construction roll-off
The 40-yard roll-off stretches 22 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 8 feet tall, with about 5 tons of debris included for the haul.
Sized for commercial builds, large tear-outs, and multi-phase jobs, this 40-yard container is the largest roll-off available.
Construction Debris, Drywall, Lumber Acceptance
Our construction roll-off containers accept the full range of mixed C&D debris: framing lumber, drywall, plaster, subfloor, insulation, packaging, pallets, and light metals. These loads are sorted at the Palm Coast transfer station to maximize recovery — contractors often utilize commercial recurring hauling agreements for efficiency. You should also check the EPA construction debris recycling guidance to maintain project compliance.

Concrete, Brick, and Asphalt Heavy-debris Pricing
Dense hauls like concrete slab tear-out, brick demo, asphalt millings, or clean dirt need a different container. Our reinforced-steel lowboy roll-offs are spec’d for those loads up to 10,000 pounds on a single pull. The 2-to-3-foot side walls let skid steers and wheelbarrows dump over the rim without busting USDOT truck weight limits on Palm Coast routes.
Heavy-debris jobs run on weight tickets from the scale house. Clean loads earn the lowest per-ton rate, while mixed C&D debris is billed by the total tonnage at the scale. I size each dumpster and dispatch the container after talking with your site super. Call for pricing — (386) 564-3975.
Tonnage Limits and Weight Overage Policy
Every construction roll-off ships with a set tonnage allowance: the weight is capped based on the container size provided in your upfront quote. Any extra weight is billed at our published per-ton overage rate—we calculate this against the scale-house ticket; for a heavy roofing tear-off jobsite containers are necessary so shingle weight does not eat into your mixed-debris allowance when the truck weighs in.

On-site Swap-out and Dispatch Coordination
Multi-week jobs run on a swap rhythm; text or call dispatch when a container is full — we’ll roll a fresh roll-off to the same staging pad on the same or next business day across the Palm Coast metro and Flagler.
Step 1
Text dispatch when full
Site supers text a photo and the container number to the dispatcher — no portal logins, no ticketing required.
Step 2
Same- or next-day swap
We drop a full roll-off and perform a same-day swap-out for an empty with no lost loading time.
Step 3
Weekend dispatch available
Saturday pulls keep Monday starts clean; Friday afternoon coordination sets the pace.

Insurance and Contractor Account Setup
Certificates of insurance go to the GC or owner; net-30 contractor accounts mean consolidated monthly billing across active sites in Palm Coast — the hooklift fleet stages the recurring container or bin, and the account spins up in one call with dispatch.
